We have over 110,000 sq ft of fabrication capacity allowing us to react and adapt to changing and exacting requirements. Along with our team of BS ISO 9606-1 approved welders and fabricators, we employ two robotic welding systems therefore we are able to tailor output to requirement with ease.
REFUSE VEHICLE CHASSIS
We have the responsibility of manufacturing the chassis rails for Dennis Eagle’s refuse lorries.
Each pair of chassis rails are bespoke and have to be manufactured and shipped to a strict time and sequence. The chassis is obviously the starting point for the full vehicle build, so we have to ensure that each pair of rails is correct to specification and sent at the exact delivery slot for ongoing build – this is no mean feat given that each rail measures up to 8m, has to be shotblasted and painted, and we produce 40 per week!
We deliver every day to Dennis Eagle to ensure they get product on time.
